(which could also be hyper-edited too!)
It’s getting old.
It’s not helping anyone.
And makes us all feel worse because we think we need to be DOING everything perfect and looking like the top 1%.
I want to change your mind.
I want to show you WHAT YOU CAN ACTUALLY ACHIEVE.
Not others.
YOU.
So... the perfect plan?

The one thing I hate about my industry is coaches give their clients a perfect plan ON PAPER.
“do these workouts 6 days a week,
eat this in the morning, that at lunch, this at night,
cut out all your booze,
no eating out,
run a 7km a day and be in bed for 8:30pm”.
Will you feel great?
For sure! But let’s be honest.
Not for long because it’s impossible to stick to.
The perfect journey on paper is a journey built for failure in reality.

The problem here isn’t the quality of the programme.
I’m sure we’d all benefit from a bit of sauna,
cold water submersion,
fasting,
carb-cycling
and sleeping 10 hours a day.
The problem is… IT DOESN’T WORK IN REAL LIFE for most people.
The ‘perfect programme’ is built for failure.
“So if the perfect programme is built for failure?
What will help me succeed?” I hear you ask.
A quality fat loss programme is one YOU can stick to.
Not one that promises the cool things YOU THINK you need,
But promises what YOU ACTUALLY need.
What YOU need more than anyone else.
MOST IMPORTANTLY… it’s a journey developed SPECIFICALLY for your lifestyle, your hurdles, your day to day, your family, your work life.
One that has all the aspects of a good programme,
but with flexibility,
Is evidence-based,
Has systems to get you back on track,
With shared accountability, (HUGE)
Finding ways to measure progress so supportively every step of the way so you never stop.
With all the tools and resources you need.
And continually questioning “can I keep this up for a decade?”
A workout programme is a workout programme.
Coaching is making sure you can stick to your workout programme forever.
That is the difference between coaching and a fitness programme.
A world class programme is one built for YOU to succeed,
not just one that looks good on paper.
Without adaptability and specific methods for overcoming what STOPS YOU… it won’t work and it definitely won’t stick.
That’s why people never get results that last, because their habits don’t last.
Their habits don’t last because they’re unsustainable in their lifestyle.
Then people get scared because they think to get results forever you have to be perfect forever.
NOT THE CASE.
A sustainable journey is one that you CAN stick to. Not through willpower and motivation.
Through having someone there with you to guide you through what YOU face in a way you can keep up.
Are changes needed?
Of course!
But losing weight in the short-term is a totally different process as losing weight in the long-term.
Sustainable results only follow sustainable habits!
And the perfect programme for you is the one that gets you results,
Doesn't turn your whole life upside down
Allows you leeway
And does so in a way you can keep up long past your time with that coach.
